Utilizing the results of our studies, specific recommendations are included in a Property Analysis for the prospective Owner or for the Asset Manager containing a Property Potential Analysis which sets forth (1) Property Potential as if the hotel had been operated by Bernard for the most recent 12 months Compared to Actual and (2) Five Year Projections detailing the expected results under Bernard Management. Should it be requested, a regression analysis will also be prepared based upon Net Operating Incomes that will provide the prospective Owner or Asset Manager with a valuation of the value of the property.
