Manish Mukherjee - Vice President of Development

Manish Mukherjee has been involved in all facets of real estate development and construction. He has developed and managed residential and commercial ventures throughout the entire project lifecycle from project conception through construction. He locates viable properties, performs feasibility studies, estimates costs, evaluates architectural/engineering plans, generates proforma projections, secures financing, manages CPM schedules and budgets, interfaces with municipal agencies and inspectors, documents construction, and markets and sells projects. He selects, hires, manages and coordinates architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. He has successfully utilized project management and process improvement methodologies to manage scope, budgets, schedules, vendors, and risk.

Most recently he managed the construction of the Holiday Inn Express Woodland Hills, completing the project on time and within budget. He was involved in the project from the design phase, and worked closely with the design team to ensure brand standards were maintained. Manish has also managed numerous other projects including motels, luxury hillside homes, restaurants, gas stations, and shopping centers.

Prior to real estate and construction Manish was an IT & Management Consultant, providing technical consulting services to Fortune 500 companies (IBM, Marsh & McLennan, Xerox, MCI, Turner Broadcasting), international nonprofits (Medecins Sans Frontieres, International Rescue Committee, Save the Children Foundation), tech startups and small businesses.

Manish received an MBA from Columbia Business School; a BA in South Asian Studies and Computer Science from Columbia University; and a fellowship from U.C. Berkeley to study language in Pakistan.
